摘 要:科技查新是档案领域科研工作的关键环节,对避免重复研究、合理配置科研资源意义重大。文章聚焦档案领域科技查新,深入剖析典型案例,挖掘查新点提炼、数据库选择和检索词扩展方面的问题与挑战。研究发现,当前存在查新点表述模糊、数据库利用局限、检索词缺乏深度广度等问题。文章基于上述问题提出针对性对策,如运用“三个一”“1+X”“1+1+X”等技巧优化查新点提炼,依据课题特点选择多类型数据库,从多维度扩展检索词并动态优化,旨在提升档案领域科技查新质量与效率,为科研工作提供可靠支持,推动档案学科创新发展。Scientific and technological novelty search is a critical component of research work in the archival field,playing a significant role in avoiding redundant studies and rationally allocating research resources.This paper focuses on the novelty search within this domain,conducting an in-depth analysis of typical cases to explore issues and challenges related to the articulation of novelty points,selection of databases,and expansion of search terms.The study reveals current problems such as vague descriptions of novelty points,limited use of databases,and insufficient depth and breadth of search terms.Based on these issues,targeted strategies are proposed,including optimizing the refinement of novelty points through techniques like“Three Ones”,“1+X”,and“1+1+X”,selecting multiple types of databases according to project characteristics,and dynamically optimizing search terms from various dimensions.The aim is to enhance the quality and efficiency of scientific and technological novelty searches in the archival field,providing reliable support for research activities,and promoting innovative development in archival science.
