摘  要:高校图书馆作为人才培养重要基地,全面融入“三全育人”工作,充分发挥协同育人作用,对全面提升高等教育人才培养质量至关重要。为提升高校图书馆育人成效,充分发挥其育人资源和环境优势,文章以北京工业大学图书馆为研究案例,通过学生问卷形式对高校图书馆协同育人工作现状展开调查,分析总结了高校图书馆育人功能的发挥成效和不足。基于图书馆目前在协同育人方面的工作实际,给出了提升高校图书馆协同育人成效的对策建议。As an important base for education and training,university libraries are fully integrated into the“Three-full Education”work and give full play to the role of collaboration in education,which is crucial to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education talent cultivation.In order to improve the education effectiveness of university libraries and give full play to the advantages of its education resources and environment,this paper took the library of Beijing University of Technology as a research case,conducted a survey on the current situation of the cooperative education work of university libraries through student questionnaires.The research also analyzed and summarized the effectiveness and shortcomings of the educational function of university libraries.Based on the current work situation of libraries in cooperative education,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of cooperative education in university libraries.
