摘　　要：文章通过分析美、澳、英3国高校图书馆科研评价服务的典型案例以及国内“双一流”高校科研评价服务的特点,从服务目的、评价工具和手段、服务成效等方面对比了国内外科研评价服务的差异,最后从发挥决策支持优势、加强宣传教育、深化替代计量应用、强化系统平台建设四方面,为提升国内高校图书馆科研评价服务水平提出建议。By analyzing typical cases of research evaluation services provided by university libraries in the United States,Australia,and the United Kingdom,as well as the characteristics of research evaluation services at domestic“Double First-class”universities in China,this study compares the differences in research evaluation services between domestic and international institutions in terms of service objectives,evaluation tools and methods,and service effectiveness.Finally,suggestions are made for improving the research evaluation services of domestic university libraries,focusing on four aspects:leveraging the advantages of decision-making support,enhancing publicity and education,deepening the application of Altmetric,and strengthening the construction of system platforms.
