摘　　要：以新质生产力赋能中国式现代化是新时代中国特色社会主义发展的必然要求。从社会生产关系变革的动因和过程来看,新质生产力赋能中国式现代化的作用向度既体现在提供动力支撑和衡量标准的“双重作用”,也体现在促进新型生产关系生成的“创造性破坏”。新型生产关系是新质生产力赋能中国式现代化过程中生产关系变革的直接产物,具有相对独立性,能够为新质生产力赋能中国式现代化提供重要内驱力。一方面,它能够破除制约生产力发展的桎梏,有效整合发展新质生产力的优势资源,从而实现生产要素的高效配置;另一方面,它能够确保新质生产力赋能中国式现代化方向的正确性、提升其效能、强化其持续性。Enabling Chinese modernization with new quality productive forces is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.From the perspective of the motivation and process of the transformation of social production relations,the role of the new quality productivity enabling Chinese modernization is reflected in both the“dual role”of providing power support and measurement standards,and the“creative destruction”of promoting the generation of new production relations.As a direct product of the transformation of production relations in the process of the Chinese-style modernization,the new type of production relations is relatively independent and can provide an important driving force for the Chinese-style modernization of the new quality productivity.On the one hand,the new type of production relations can break the shackles that restrict the development of productive forces,effectively integrate the superior resources for the development of new quality productive forces,so as to realize the efficient allocation of production factors;On the other hand,the new production relations can ensure that new quality productivity enables the correct direction of Chinese modernization,improve its efficiency and strengthen its sustainability.
