摘　　要：坚持“以人民为中心”,既是中共治国理政的基本经验和价值取向,也是进一步全面深化改革的重要原则,贯穿于推进社会主义现代化建设的全过程,蕴含着为人民谋幸福、依靠人民推动改革、由人民评判改革成效等改革方法论。在进一步全面深化改革中,要全面贯彻落实以人民为中心的原则,其核心要义:坚持人民利益至上,把增进人民福祉作为出发点和落脚点,最大限度满足人民追求美好生活的需求;坚持人民力量至上,充分尊重人民主体地位和首创精神,紧紧依靠人民创造历史伟业;坚持人民评判至上,聚焦提高人民生活品质,让人民真正成为时代试卷的评卷人。前行路上,我们要在进一步全面深化改革中始终尊重人民主体地位,切实保障人民根本利益,充分激发蕴藏在人民群众中的创造伟力,不断谱写中国式现代化新篇章。Adhering to the principle of“putting the people at the center”is not only the basic experience and value orientation of the Communist Party of China’s governance,but also an important principle for further deepening reforms comprehensively.It runs through the entire process of promoting socialist modernization construction and contains reform methodologies such as seeking happiness for the people,relying on the people to promote reforms,and letting the people evaluate the effectiveness of reforms.In further deepening the reform comprehensively,we must fully implement the principle of putting the people at the center,whose core essence is to adhere to the supremacy of people’s interests,take improving people’s well-being as the starting point and foothold,and maximize the satisfaction of people’s needs for pursuing a better life.We should also adhere to the supremacy of people’s power,fully respect the people’s subject status and pioneering spirit,and rely closely on the people to create historical achievements.In addition,it is also necessary to adhere to the principle of putting people’s judgment first,focus on improving people’s quality of life,and make people truly become the evaluators of the era’s papers.On the way forward,we should always respect the dominant position of the people in the further comprehensive deepening of reform,earnestly protect the fundamental interests of the people,fully stimulate the creative power hidden in the people,and constantly write a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization.
