摘 要:本文针对某大型设备制造过程中预应力钢丝缠绕装置的设计需求,采用有限元分析方法对其关键部件进行力学分析和性能评估。通过建立张力轮、导向系统和丝杠-螺母组件的有限元分析模型,分析其静态强度和动态特性。研究结果表明:张力轮最大von Mises应力586MPa,安全系数2.82,满足强度要求;导向系统第一阶固有频率43.2Hz,有效避免共振风险;丝杠-螺母组件疲劳寿命达6.8×10^(6)次循环,满足长期运行需求。在此基础上,系统分析了结构参数、动态特性、控制精度等影响因素,为装置的优化设计和运行维护提供了理论依据。Aiming at the design requirements of the prestressing wire winding device in the manufacturing pro-cess of a large-scale equipment,this paper adopts the finite element analysis method to mechanically analyze and evaluate the performance of its key components.The static strength and dynamic characteristics of the ten-sion wheel,guiding system and screw-nut assembly are analyzed by establishing their finite element analysis models.The results show that:the maximum von Mises stress of the tension wheel is 586 MPa,with a safety factor of 2.82,which meets the strength requirements;the first-order intrinsic frequency of the guiding system is 43.2 Hz,which effectively avoids the risk of resonance;and the fatigue life of the screw-nut assembly is up to 6.8×10^(6) cycles,which meets the requirements for long-term operation.On this basis,the influencing factors such as structural parameters,dynamic characteristics and control accuracy are systematically analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and operation and maintenance of the device.
