摘　　要：本文介绍碳纤维+其他粉末材料的复合材料模压成形智能化生产线,根据产品不同部位的不同功能特性采用不同的金属或非金属粉末为原料的模压成形工艺。该生产线由一台2000t复材模压液压机及配套模具、称重上料机构、上下料机械手、润滑剂喷涂机构、模具清扫除尘机构等6部分组成,能够实现对多种粉末复合材料制品零件的自动化一体成形。This paper introduces the carbon fiber+other powder materials composite material molding intelligent production line,according to the diferent functional characteristics of different parts of the product using different metal or non-metal powder as raw material molding process.The production line consists of a 2000t composite material molding hydraulic press and supporting molds,weighing and loading mechanism,loading and unloading robot,lubricant spraying mechanism,mold cleaning and dust removal mechanism and other 6 parts,which is capable of realizing automated one-piece molding of a wide range of powder composite material product parts.
