摘  要:以自动化生产线YL-335B的供料站为载体,搭建了NX MCD+TIA Portal V16+S7-PLCSIM Advanced V3.0虚拟调试平台,完成了自动化生产线供料站的虚拟调试。利用NX MCD模块创建了自动化生产线供料站的机电概念模型,对模型做物理属性设置和机械属性设置,创建了传感器和执行器的信号,利用S7-PLCSIM Advanced V3.0软件创建了虚拟的PLC,利用NX MCD中的外部信号配置导入TIA Portal V16程序中的信号,然后将TIA Portal V16程序中的信号与NX MCD模型中的信号做信号映射,实现了自动化生产线供料站的软件在环调试。Taking the feeding station of automated production line YL-335B as a carrier,NX MCD+TIA Portal V16+S7-PLC SIM Advanced V3.0 virtual debugging platform was built to complete the virtual debug-ging of the feeding station of the automated production line.The electromechanical conceptual model of the feeding station of the automated production line was created by using the NX MCD module,physical proper-ty settings and mechanical property settings were made for the model,the signals of sensors and actuators were created,and the virtual PLC was created by using the S7-PLC SIM Advanced V3.0 software,and the external signal configurations in NX MCD were used to import the TIA Portal V16 program's Then the sig-nals in the TIA Portal V16 program are used to do signal mapping with the signals in the NX MCD model,which realizes the software in-loop debugging of the feeding station of the automated production line.
