摘  要:针对加载装置瞬间失载产生的振动和冲击,设计了缓冲减振液压系统。采用仿真软件AMESim和Abaqus,对缓冲减振液压系统和加载装置的进行了瞬间失载工况下仿真分析,实现缓冲减振液压系统能够快速消除瞬间失载后的振动,保证加载装置稳定性,并通过冗余设计和均衡设计,提高缓冲减振液压系统可靠性。Aiming at the vibration and impact generated by the instantaneous loss of load of the loading de-vice,a cushion damping hydraulic system is designed.Using the simulation software AMESim and Abaqus,the cushion damping hydraulic system and the loading device were simulated and analyzed under the instan-taneous loss of load condition,to realize that the cushion damping hydraulic system can quickly eliminate the vibration of the instantaneous loss of load,and to ensure the stability of the loading device,and to improve the reliability of the cushion damping hydraulic system through redundancy design and balanced design.
