摘  要:编码器对钢带裁剪尺寸精度具有重要作用。传统编码器装置为后置式全铝合金辊轮,该种结构经多年实践应用发现存在一定缺陷,如前端输出冲裁处毛刺、黏附于钢带的残渣、渗透到钢带模具上的润滑液等,从而导致全铝合金辊轮与钢带接触过程中出现钢带划伤、辊轮磨损严重、打滑等问题,导致编码器精度下降或失真。本文设计一种缺陷少、精度高的基于传统模式的前置式包胶睛轮编码器装置。The encoder plays an important role in the accuracy of steel strip cutting dimensions.The tradi-tional encoder device is a rear mounted all aluminum alloy roller.This structure has been applied in practice for many years,causing defects such as burrs,residue adhering to the steel strip,and lubricating fluid pene-trating the rigid strip mold in the front output,resulting in steel strip scratches,severe roller wear,and slip-page during the contact between the all aluminum alloy roller and the steel strip,leading to a decrease or distortion of encoder accuracy.This article designs a front mounted rubber coated eye wheel encoder device based on traditional mode with few defects and high accuracy.
