摘  要:电气控制系统作为超塑成形液压机的大脑,同时承担着液压机的主机动作、压力、速度及加热保温系统的温度、温差、升温速率等控制工作,整体架构由人机交互、主机控制、加热控制和安全模块共同构成,由上位机、现地控制单元及各类传感器组成闭环控制回路,包括运动控制、温度控制、压力控制、速度控制等在内的全自动控制逻辑。其中主机所有运动状态都由传感器捕捉,通过与人机界面设定参数的比对,实现成形压力、速率等闭环控制;加热系统则由大量不同分区热电偶采集温度数据,并经PID模块内部运算和输出后,实现不同分区温度的无限接近。The electrical control system,as the brain of the super plastic forming hydraulic press,simultane-ously undertakes the control work of the hydraulic press's main engine action,pressure,speed,as well as the temperature,temperature difference,and heating rate of the heating and insulation system.The overall archi-tecture consists of human-computer interaction,main engine control,heating control,and safety modules.The closed-loop control circuit is composed of an upper computer,local control unit,and various sensors,includ-ing fully automatic control logic such as motion control,temperature control,pressure control,and speed con-trol.All the motion states of the host are captured by sensors,and closed-loop control of forming pressure,speed,etc.is achieved by comparing them with the parameters set on the human-machine interface;The heating system collects temperature data from a large number of thermocouples in different zones,and after internal calculation and output by the PID module,achieves infinite approximation of temperature in different zones.
