摘　　要：针对公司传动轴高端装配总装机的注油工序中,在多产品共线生产时遇到需对不同型号油脂切换而产生的一系列功能性问题,通过对单机油脂机进行系统性研究分析、调整、优化,提出技术方案并付诸实施。利用设备自带的西门子S7-300系列PLC高速计数器的设置与应用,取代原DOPAC MR15单机注脂机定量加注控制器功能,实现了多品种油脂自动切换、注油量的精准控制、管路排空、注油超时报警等功能,从而提高了流水线单机换型效率。改善后效果显著,不仅完善了设备性能,而且实现了产品的快速换型,极大地提高了生产效率,并进一步优化了产线布局。This article introduces,in the oil injection process for the assembly of the transmission shaft at the company,a series of functional problems arising by different grease flling during collinear production of mul-tiple products,through the systematic research,analysis,adjustment and optimization of the single grease ma-chine,provide technical solutions and put them into practice.,using equipment with Siemens S7-300 series PLC high-speed counter setting and application,replace the original DOPAC MR15 single grease injection machine quantitative filling controller function,realize the multiple varieties of grease automatic switch,precise control,pipeline emptying,overtime alarm,thus improve the assembly line change efficiency,and the effect af-ter the improvement is significant,not only improve the equipment performance,but also realize the product rapid change,greatly improve the production efficiency,and further optimize the production line layout.
