摘  要:为评估0Cr16Ni5Mo钢镀覆Ni-W-P后的耐蚀性能与阻氢性能,对镀覆不同厚度Ni-W-P试样进行性能检测,并对比分析实物螺栓镀覆Ni-W-P镀层与Al_(2)O_(3)涂层的阻氢效果,以评估Ni-W-P镀层在实物螺栓上的适用性。结果表明:Ni-W-P镀层抗腐蚀与阻氢性能优异,且镀层越厚,耐蚀性越好,阻氢效果越明显。与无镀层螺栓相比,镀覆Ni-W-P镀层与Al_(2)O_(3)涂层均具有良好的阻氢效果,且阻氢效果相当。In order to evaluate the corrosion resistance and hydrogen resistance of OCr16Ni5Mo steel coated with Ni-W-P,the properties of Ni-W-P coated samples with different thickness were tested.And the hydro-gen resistance effects of Ni-W-P coated and Al_(2)O_(3) coated bolts were compared to evaluate the applicabilility of Ni-W-P coated bolts.The results show that the Ni-W-P coating has excellent corrosion resistance and hy-drogen resistance,and the thicker the coating,the better the corrosion resistance and hydrogen resistance.Com-pared with non-coated bolts,both Ni-W-P coating and Al_(2)O_(3);coating have good hydrogen inhibition effect,and the hydrogen blocking effect is equivalent.
