摘　　要：本文系统阐述了扁挤压筒在AZ31B镁合金壁板型材热挤压中的应用,着重研究了扁挤压筒的结构设计、层数选择、过盈量确定等关键参数。通过有限元强度计算,验证了设计参数的合理性,为实际生产提供重要参考。This paper systematically describes the application of flat extrusion cylinder in the hot extrusion of AZ31B magnesium alloy wall plate profile,and focuses on the structural design of the flat extrusion cylinder,the selection of the number of layers,the determination of the amount of surplus and other key parameters.The reasonableness of the design parameters is verified through finite element strength calculation,which provides an important reference for actual production.
