摘  要:激光熔覆过程中搭接率对平板熔覆层几何形状和质量有重要影响。本文利用MARC有限元分析软件对30%、40%、50%搭接率的平板三道熔覆模型开展数值模拟研究,对其温度场、应力场求解。分析结果表明搭接率的增加使熔覆层重叠区域变大,模型整体温度升高,对基体起到预热作用而降低基板残余应力。本研究对熔覆层质量及降低熔覆过程优化成本具有指导意义。The lap rate of the sheet in the laser cladding process has an important effect on the geometry and quality of the cladding layer.In this paper,the MARC finite element analysis sofware is used to carry out numerical simulation research on the three-channel cladding model of flat plate with 30%,40%and 50%lap rate,and to solve its temperature and stress fields.The analysis results show that the increase of the overlap rate makes the overlap area of the cladding layer larger and the overall temperature of the model increases,which plays a preheating effect on the substrate and reduces the residual stress of the substrate.The research in this paper is of guiding significance for the quality of the cladding layer and the reduction of the cost of optimization of the cladding process.
