摘　　要：分析钣金加工行业多品种、小批量、短周期生产模式下,生产计划制定的几个重要约束条件,以多约束条件的限制进行计划排产,提高生产计划制定的符合性、科学性,使生产资源得到最大化利用,提高企业的生产效率和客户满意度。To analyze several important constraints of production planning under the production mode of multi-species,small batch and short cycle in sheet metal processing industry,to carry out planning and scheduling with the limitation of multi-constraints,to improve the conformity and scientificity of production planning,to maximize the utilization of production resources,and to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise and the satisfaction of the customers.
