摘　　要：大型挤压筒组件是挤压筒装置中最关键的零部件,其制造过程尺寸和精度控制直接影响设备装配精度。为解决其制造工艺难点,基于厂内现有机床设备,对其制造工艺过程进行研究。利用挤压筒外套的结构特点,在挤压筒外套上留出工艺凸台,再制作工装起吊法兰,并利用起吊法兰分别将挤压筒组件吊放在数控双立柱式车铣床、数控龙门镗铣床进行加工,通过采用专用刀具、抛光砂轮、数控编程的方法,最终完成大型挤压筒组件的加工,同时保证内孔圆柱度<0.05mm,粗糙度<Ra0.8,内孔与外圆的同轴度<0.05mm,内孔与两端面的垂直度<0.05mm。使挤压筒组件在各加工工序中尺寸和精度达到图纸及工艺要求,进而最终保证其满足装配使用性能要求,保证产品质量。Large extrusion cylinder assembly is the most critical component in the extrusion cylinder device,and its manufacturing process size and precision control directly affects the assembly precision of the equipment.In order to solve the dfficulties of its manufacturing process,based on the existing machine tools and equipment in the factory,its manufacturing process is studied.Using the structural characteristics of the extrusion cylinder jacket,leave the process cam on the extrusion cylinder jacket,and then make the workpiece lifting flange,and use the lifting flange to lift the extrusion cylinder components were placed on the CNC double-column turning and milling machine,CNC gantry boring and milling machine for machining,through the use of special cutting tools,polishing wheels,CNC programming methods,to ultimately complete the machining of the large-scale extrusion cylinder components,and at the same time to ensure that the inner hole cylindricity<0.05 mm,roughness<Ra0.05 mm The roughness of the bore is<Ra0.8,the coaxiality of the bore and the outer circle is<0.05mm,and the perpendicularity of the bore and the two end surfaces is<0.05mm,so that the dimensions and precision of the extruded cylinder assembly in each machining process can meet the requirements of the drawings and process,and then ultimately ensure that it meets the requirements of the performance of the assembly to ensure the quality of the product.
