摘 要:通过对11家国内重工业企业现有网络情况的调研,除近年新建的企业外,建成超过10年的重工业企业的生产现场的网络互联情况相对较差,无法满足我国“工业5.0”的要求。而按照新建企业网联要求或规范对现有重工业企业生产现场的网联部署费用相当高,阻碍了重工业企业网络化改造的积极性和进程。本文提出一种方便、快捷、低成本的重工业企业网络化改造方案,使老旧重工业企业能够满足“工业4.0”网联需求,并为下一步迈向“工业5.0”提供铺垫和缓冲。Through a survey of the existing network situation of 11 domestic heavy industry enterprises,it was found that,except for newly established enterprises in recent years,the network interconnection of production sites of heavy industry enterprises that have been built for more than 10 years is relatively poor and cannot meet the requirements of Industry 5.0 in China.However,the cost of deploying the network interconnection of production sites of existing heavy industry enterprises according to the network interconnection requirements or standards of newly established enterprises is quite high,which hinders the enthusiasm and progress of network transformation of heavy industry enterprises;This paper provides a convenient,fast,and low-cost network transformation plan for heavy industry enterprises,enabling domestic old heavy industry enterprises to move towards Industry 4.0 and providing direction and time buffer for domestic heavy industry enterprises to gradually move towards Industry 5.0 in China.
