摘  要:表没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)作为化妆品常见的功效性原料,因其较差的稳定性和透皮能力一直阻碍着化妆品行业对其的应用。通过横向对比磷酸胆碱-EGCG包裹物和未包裹EGCG之间的功效差异,表明包裹化处理的EGCG能够提升皮肤吸收效率,抵御细胞氧化损伤,为磷酸胆碱-EGCG包裹物应用于化妆品原料提供评价依据和应用参考。As a common functional ingredient for cosmetics,epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)has been hindering its adoption in the cosmetics industry due to its poor stability and transdermal ability.By comparing the efficacy differences between phosphatidylcholine-encapsulated EGCG and unencapsulated EGCG,it was shown that the encapsulated EGCG could enhance the skin absorption efficiency and resist the oxidative damage of the cells,which provided the evaluation basis and application reference for the application of phosphatidylcholine-encapsulated EGCG in cosmetics.
