摘　　要：交叉参照(read-across)是一种利用已知化学物质的毒理学数据来预测具有相似性的化学物质的相同毒理学终点信息的替代方法。该方法在缺乏系统毒理学数据的情况下能有效减少对动物试验的需求,加快化学物质安全性评估的进程。2024年5月,中国食品药品检定研究院发布了《交叉参照(Read-across)方法应用技术指南》。该指南首次明确规范了交叉参照方法用于化妆品安全评估的流程,详细介绍了具体步骤和使用要求。鉴于此,探讨该指南发布的背景与意义、应用准则、核心内容要点和注意事项,旨在强化指南的指导价值,为更多从业人员深入理解、掌握并有效运用该指南提供参考,以促进化妆品安全评估工作的规范性与科学性。The read-across is an alternative method of using the toxicological data for known chemicals to predict the same toxicological endpoint information of analogues.This method can effectively reduce the need for animal experiments in the absence of systematic toxicological data,accelerating the process of chemical safety assessment.The National Institutes for Food and Drug Control released the Technical Guidelines for the Application of Read⁃across Method in May 2024,which for the first time explicitly standardized the process of using the read-across method for cosmetic safety assessment,detailing specific steps and usage requirements.The background and significance,application criteria,core content points and precautions of the guide were explored in this paper.It aimed to enhance the guiding value of the guide by providing references for more practitioners to deeply understand,master,and effectively apply the guide,thereby promoting the standardization and scientific rigor of cosmetic safety assessment work.
