摘　　要：岩藻多糖是一种水溶性硫酸杂多糖,富含有L-岩藻糖和硫酸基团,主要来源于褐藻和海洋无脊椎动物,具有多种生物学活性,广泛应用在功能性保健品、食品及化妆品等领域中。综述近几年关于岩藻多糖的提取纯化、低分子质量岩藻多糖的制备,并介绍了岩藻多糖在化妆品上的应用,为其在化妆品中的开发应用提供参考。Fucoidan is a water-soluble sulfated heteropolysaccharide,rich in L-fucose and sulfate groups,mainly from brown algae and marine invertebrates,which has a variety of biological activities,and has been widely used in the fields of functional health care products,food and cosmetics.The extraction and purification of fucoidan,the preparation of low molecular weight fucoidan in recent years were reviewed in this paper,and the application of fucoidan in cosmetics were described,which provided a reference basis for its development and application in cosmetics.
