摘　　要：通过喷雾型化妆品暴露评估的过程演示,识别相关评估模型的关键参数和影响因素。根据10款市售产品的雾粒粒径分布测定结果筛选出典型的产品类别,据此设定带推进剂的防晒喷雾作为评估示例产品。对示例产品中防晒剂的吸入、经口和经皮暴露量进行评估,并进一步计算总和全身暴露量。鉴于雾粒粒径分布特征是喷雾型化妆品暴露评估的重要参数,建议监管部门制定测试操作规范,以更好服务于相关产品的安全评估。By demonstrating the exposure assessment process for spray-type cosmetics,the key parameters and influencing factors of the assessment models were identified.Typical product category was screened based on the results of aerosol particle size distribution of 10 commercially available products,and accordingly,sunscreen sprays with propellants were set as example products for assessment.The sunscreen agents in the demo product were evaluated for exposure via the inhalation,oral,and dermal routes,and the whole-body exposures were further calculated.The particle size distribution characteristics of the aerosol was an important parameter in the exposure assessments of spray-type cosmetics,and therefore,it was recommended that regulatory authorities should establish corresponding test guidelines to better serve the safety assessment of spray-type cosmetics.
