摘 要:利用网络药理学分析杭白菊胎菊在化妆品中的抗炎和舒敏机制。从多个数据库中获取了26种杭白菊胎菊的主要化合物,并预测了其靶点,最终筛选出408个靶点。通过与敏感皮肤和炎症皮肤靶点的数据交集,构建了蛋白质互作网络,利用Cytoscape 3.9.1软件识别了敏感皮肤和炎症皮肤的核心靶点,并进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析。化合物靶点-疾病靶点网络互作图显示,金合欢素和木犀草素等化合物通过作用于CYP19A1、ESR2等靶点及PI3KAkt、VEGF等信号通路,实现了抗炎和舒敏作用。Network pharmacology was used to analyze anti-dermatitis and anti-sensitive mechanisms of Chrysanthemum morifolium in cosmetics.26 primary compounds of Chrysanthemum morifolium were obtained from multiple databases,and their targets were predicted,resulting in the identification of 408 targets.By intersecting the data with sensitive skin and dermatitis skin targets,protein-protein interaction(PPI)networks were constructed.Cytoscape 3.9.1 was employed to identify core targets for sensitive and dermatitis skins,followed by GO functional and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses.The compound-target-disease targets network interactions indicated that compounds such as acacetin and luteolinexert achieved anti-dermatitis and anti-sensitive effects by acting on targets such as CYP19A1 and ESR2 and signal pathways including PI3K-Akt and VEGF.
