摘　　要：基于网络药理学运用R语言分析筛选得到南星止痛方治疗癌痛的关键靶点和信号通路。结果表明,在调元解毒观点指导下的芳香类复方南星止痛方治疗癌痛具有作用环节多、靶点多、通路多的特点,可为潜在机制及作用靶点提供方向。Based on network pharmacology,the key targets and signaling pathways of cancer pain were selected.The results indicated that the Nanxing analgesic formula,under the guidance of the concept of Tonifying Yuan Qi and detoxification,had the characteristics of multiple action points,multiple targets,and multiple pathways in treating cancer pain.This can provide direction for potential mechanisms and action targets.
