摘　　要：通过中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台、蛋白质数据库检索和校正筛选出加味茵陈黄柴汤潜在化合物成分和靶点预测,结果筛选得到加味茵陈黄柴汤治疗胆管癌的61关键靶点、4个基因簇和4个核心基因,总共富集到2183条生物过程、130项分子功能相关、58项细胞组成相关、171条信号通路与其作用关系密切。加味茵陈黄柴汤治疗胆管癌具有多成分、多靶点和多通路的作用特点,此结果可为进一步验证其机制,挖掘靶点提供方向。By searching and correcting the traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology database and analysis platform,the protein database,potential compound components and target predictions of Yin Chen Huang Chai prescription were identified.As a result,61 key targets,4 gene clusters and 4 nuclear heart genes were obtained in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma with Yin Chen Huang Chai prescription.A total of 2183 biological processes,130 molecular function,58 cell composition and 171 signaling pathways closely related to its effects were enriched.Yin Chen Huang Chai prescription has the characteristics of multi-components,multi-targets,and multi-pathways in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.This result can provide a direction for further verifying its mechanism and exploring targets.
