摘  要:对异戊酸异戊酯和大茴香醛热裂解及烟气转移进行分析研究。结果表明:2种物质在热裂解成分中的相对含量分别达78.23%和99.24%,具有较高的热稳定性;向主流烟气中的转移率分别为18.57%和31.70%。以异戊酸异戊酯和大茴香醛为主体构建的辛香香韵模块添加到卷烟中,在嗅香和香气特征方面,能明显提升卷烟辛香香韵,同时增加甜香、果香及清香,改善口腔味感,生津回甜。The pyrolysis and transfer behavior of isoamyl isovalerate and anisaldehyde were studied.The results showed that the relative contents of the 2 substances in the pyrolysis components were 78.23%and 99.24%respectively,which proved that the 2 substances had high thermal stability.The transfer ratios of the 2 substances to mainstream smoke were 18.57%and 31.70%,respectively.In addition,the spicy aroma module based on isoamyl isovalerate and anisaldehyde was added to cigarettes,which could significantly improve the spicy aroma of cigarettes.The spicy aroma module could increase sweet,fruity and fresh aroma,and enhance oral taste including moistening and sweetness.
