高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中2种防晒剂包裹物的含量

摘  要:建立了水剂类、乳液类、膏霜类、粉类、口红类5种不同基质类型的化妆品中2种防晒剂包裹物含量测定的高效液相色谱法。供试品用二甲基甲酰胺提取、四氢呋喃稀释,经C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离,采用甲醇-四氢呋喃-水-高氯酸(体积比为250∶450∶300∶0.2)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为311 nm。结果表明:在2~50μg/mL,2种防晒剂包裹物线性关系良好,相关系数(R)>0.999;在不同基质中方法的检出限为0.02%~0.04%,定量限为0.06%~0.15%;不同类型基质中加标回收率为87.20%~111.94%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.50%~1.87%。利用该方法测定了3批阳性供试品。该方法操作简便、准确、成本低,可用于化妆品中2种防晒剂包裹物的质量控制。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the determination of 2 types of sunscreen inclusions in cosmetics with 5 different matrix types,namely,water,lotion,cream,powder and lipstick.The test sample was extracted with dimethylformamide and diluted with tetrahydrofuran,and then passed through a C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm).Separation was carried out using methanol tetrahydrofuran water perchloric acid(250∶450∶300∶0.2 in volume)as the mobile phase for gradient elution,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a detection wavelength of 311 nm.The results indicated that there was a good linear relationship in the range of 2-50μg/mL between the 2 types of sunscreen encapsulation,with a correlation coefficient(R)>0.999.The detection limits of the method in different matrices were 0.02%-0.04%,and the quantitative limits were 0.06%-0.15%.The range of spiked recovery rates in different types of matrices was 87.20%-111.94%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.50%-1.87%.3 batches of positive test samples were determined using this method.This method is simple,accurate,and cost-effective,and it can be used for quality control of 2 types of sunscreen encapsulation in cosmetics.
