GC-FID法测定甜橙油低共熔溶剂萃取物中芳樟醇和苧烯的含量

摘  要:利用低共熔溶剂对甜橙油进行萃取,用异丙醇对所得萃取相和萃余相产物进行溶解,利用气相色谱仪-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定两相中芳樟醇和苧烯的含量。结果表明:该方法中芳樟醇和苧烯的线性范围为2.5~50.0 ug/mL,相关系数(R2)均大于0.9998。苧烯和芳樟醇的检出限分别为6、5 mg/kg,定量限均为20.0 mg/kg,加标回收率分别为91.6%~97.1%和97.2%~101.8%(n=5),相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为5.51%和5.18%。该方法具有前处理简单,基质干扰少,分析时间短,试剂消耗少,低污染等特点。同时,能准确测定甜橙油在不同低共熔溶剂工艺体系下所得产物中芳樟醇和苧烯的含量分布情况,为调整和优化低共熔溶剂体系提供客观数据和分析手段。Sweet orange oil was extracted with eutectic solvents.Both extract phase and raffinate phase of the extracted product were dissolved in isopropanol.The content of linalool and limonene in the two phases was determined by gas chromatographyflame ionization detector(GC-FID).The results showed that the linear range of linalool and limonene was 2.5-50.0 ug/mL,and the correlation coefficients(R2)≥0.9998.The limits of detection(LODs)of limonene and linalool were 6,5 mg/kg respectively,and the limits of quantification(LOQs)were both 20.0 mg/kg.The recovery rates of linalool was 91.6%-97.1%,limonene was 97.2%-101.8%(n=5),with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 5.51%and 5.18%,respectively.The method has advantages of small matrix effect,simple pretreatment,short analysis time,less solvent consumption,low pollution.It can accurately determine the distributions of linalool and limonene in the products obtained from different eutectic solvent process systems for sweet orange oil,providing objective data and analytical methods for adjusting and optimizing the eutectic solvent system.
