摘　　要：“天然植物化学”是香料香精技术与工程专业的一门专业选修课程,蕴含着丰富的思政元素。通过充分挖掘“天然植物化学”课程中的思政元素,在教学实践过程中重点融入“国家意识”“科学精神”“实践创新”3个核心素养的思政点。不仅培养学生的科学素养和实践能力,还能使学生树立热爱祖国的家国情怀,充分将知识、能力和素养有机结合,从而完成课程思政立德树人的根本任务。Natural Phytochemistry is an elective course in the field of flavor and fragrance technology and engineering,which contains rich elements of ideology and politics.This paper thoroughly explored the ideological implications within Natural Phytochemistry curriculum,emphasizing the integration of key ideological points such as“national consciousness”,“scientific spirit”,and“practical innovation”into the teaching and practical application processes.The aim was not only to enhance students’scientific literacy and practical skills,but also to foster their patriotic sentiments towards their homeland.By combining knowledge,skills and moral integrity,the curriculum strives to achieve the fundamental mission of ideological and political education in cultivating well-rounded individuals.
