摘　　要：文化体制机制改革是解放和发展文化生产力的重要途径。新时代以来,我国文化市场体系不断健全,公共文化服务体系更加利民便民,对外文化传播持续深入发展,文化体制机制改革取得良好成效。党的二十届三中全会以“六个坚持”明确了进一步全面深化改革的基本原则,为深化文化体制机制改革指明了方向。回顾我国文化体制改革历程,其中蕴含深刻现实启发。新时代文化体制机制改革必须继续坚持党的全面领导,加强和巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,坚持满足人民文化需求与增强人民精神力量相统一,推进社会效益与经济效益相统一,完善政策试点工作方法,破立并举落实改革任务,深化主流媒体国际传播机制创新,为不断深入推进我国文化治理体系和治理能力现代化、建设社会主义文化强国奠定基础。Reform of cultural institutions and mechanisms is an important way to liberate and develop cultural productivity.Since the beginning of the new era,China’s cultural market system has continued to improve,the public cultural service system has become more accessible to the people,cultural communication with the outside world has continued to develop in depth,and the reform of cultural institutions and mechanisms has achieved good results.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee clarified the basic principles for further deepening the reform in a comprehensive manner with‘six insistences’,which pointed out the direction for deepening the reform of the cultural system and mechanism.Looking back at the history of China’s cultural system reform,it contains profound practical inspiration.The reform of cultural institutions and mechanisms in the new era must continue to adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,strengthen and consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological sphere,adhere to the unity of meeting the cultural needs of the people and enhancing their spiritual strength,promote the unity of social and economic benefits,improve the policy and pilot methods of work,implement the reform tasks in a parallel manner,and deepen the innovation of the international dissemination mechanism of the mainstream media,so as to lay the groundwork for the continued and deepened advancement of modernisation of China’s cultural system and capacity for governance,and laying the foundation for building a strong socialist cultural country.
