日本军国主义民粹性质批判及消解路径

摘　　要：日本军国主义自明治维新之后在日本国内迅速发展壮大,很快成为统治思想。具有极端民族性与嗜战扩张的武力性、迷惑和控制民众与民意,使全体国民陷入为天皇尽忠狂热与盲目中,呈现出鲜明的民粹性质。带有民粹性质的日本军国主义危害性极大:给国民经济与民众带来了沉重的灾难、发动侵略战争并危害了亚洲与世界、严重恶化了当代日本的国际关系。维护二战后以联合国宪章为宗旨的国际秩序是所有正义国家的必然责任,当代任何爱好和平的国际人士都不会容许日本军国主义的存在和扩张,需正确认识当代日本右翼的民粹思潮、充分积极发挥国际舆论的导向作用、积极开展同日本的民间人文交流,对日本军国主义民粹性进行消解。Japanese militarism developed rapidly in Japan after the Meiji Restoration and soon became the ruling ideology.It has extreme nationality and military expansion,bewilders and controls the people and public opinion,and makes all the people fall into fanaticism and blindness for loyalty to the emperor,showing a distinct populist nature.Japanese militarism with the nature of populism has done great harm:it has brought heavy disasters to the national economy and people,launched aggressive wars,jeopardized Asia and the world,and seriously deteriorated the international relations of contemporary Japan.It is the inevitable responsibility of all just countries to uphold the post-World War II international order based on the UN Charter.No peace-loving international will tolerate the existence and expansion of Japanese militarism.It is necessary to have a correct understanding of the right-wing populist trend in contemporary Japan,give full play to the guiding role of international public opinion,and actively carry out people-to-people exchanges with Japan.Dispelling the populism of Japanese militarism.
