摘　　要：数字公民是有关人的数字化的一个概念。从学科属性来看,数字公民涉及教育学、法学、社会学、政治学等多个学科领域,其中,法律属性和教育属性是数字公民的两大核心属性。我国学界目前对数字公民问题的探讨尚处于起步阶段,研究的主题涉及数字公民概念、数字公民素养、数字公民身份与伦理、数字公民教育实施策略等。数字公民教育是数字公民众多研究内容中受到最多关注的主题,对该问题的研究要形成体系化,即要明晰在数字社会背景下,为什么开展数字公民教育,开展什么样的数字公民教育以及怎样开展数字公民教育。Digital citizenship is a concept related to the digitization of individuals.From the perspective of disciplinary attribute,digital citizenship involves pedagogy,jurisprudence,sociology,political science,etc.Among them,legal attribute and educational attribute are the two core attributes of digital citizenship.At present,the research on digital citizenship in China is still in the initial stage.The research topics of digital citizenship involve the concept of digital citizenship,digital citizenship literacy,the identity and ethics of digital citizenship,and the strategy of digital citizenship education.Digital citizenship education is the most widely studied topic in the field of digital citizenship.The research on digital citizenship education should be systematized:why carry out digital citizenship education,what kind of digital citizenship education to carry out,and how to carry out digital citizenship education in the digital society.
