黑龙江省制造业新质化发展现状与对策

摘　　要：基于制造业新质化的内涵与特征,本文构建了一个包含制造业创新化、数智化与绿色化三个子系统的制造业新质化发展水平评价体系,测度分析了2012~2022年30个省份的制造业新质化发展水平。研究发现,各省制造业新质化发展水平综合指数和子系统指数整体呈上升趋势,但黑龙江省制造业新质化发展水平与发达地区存在明显的差距。通过分析黑龙江省制造业新质化发展现状,探讨其面临的问题,设计具有龙江特色的制造业新质化发展策略。Based on the connotation and characteristics of new manufacturing quality,this Paper constructs an evaluation system of the new qualitative development level of manufacturing industry,including three sub-systems of including three subsystems of innovative,intelligent and green manufacturing industry,and measures;and analyses the new qualitative development level of manufacturing industry in 30 provinces from 2012 to 2022.It is found that the overall index and the sub-system index of the new qualitative development level of the manufacturing industry in each qualitative development level of the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and the developed regions.By analysing the status of developing the new quality of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province,and discussing the problems faced by the discussing the problems it faces,and drawing up the strategy of developing the new quality of manufacturing industry with the industry with Longjiang characteristics.
