摘　　要：西北地区是辽朝的最早征服与开发的地区,其局势稳定对政局有着重要影响。阿保机时代,西北地区主要影响辽与中原政权的争霸,在辽太宗至辽景宗时则影响上京道及其辐射农业区的稳定与安全。辽朝前期对西北地区的经营,总体上维持“属国属部制”,在局部上则尝试构建由中央直接管辖的行政治理体系。从总体趋势上看,辽朝的治理由浅及深愈发深入。The northwest region was the earliest conquered and developed area by the Liao Dynasty,and its stability had a significant impact on the political situation of Liao.During the Abaoji era,the northwest region mainly influenced the power struggle between Liao and the Central Plains,and during the reigns of Liao Taizong to Liao Jingzong,it affected the stability and security of the Shangjing and its radiating agricultural areas.In the early period of the Liao Dynasty,the management of the northwest region was generally maintained under the“frontier system”,while in some areas,attempts to construct an administrative governance system directly under the central government.From an overall trend,the governance of the Liao Dynasty became increasingly deep from shallow to deep.
