高校理论学习型社团价值引领功能的内涵及其提升策略

摘  要:理论学习型社团是高校学生社团的重要组成部分,在学习研究宣传马克思主义理论上起着重要的价值引领作用。其内涵主要体现在目的性、价值性和规范性等方面。当前,理论学习型社团在价值引领功能的发挥上存在三“不”,价值引领目标与个体价值取向匹配度不高、显性价值引领与隐形价值引领协同性不足、价值引领机制与社团组织管理联动性不强。必须从知、情、行着手提升,以知为先导,深化学生思想认知,树立价值取向;以情为推动,增强学生情感共鸣,强化价值认同;以行为导向,引导学生实践行动,筑牢价值理念。Theoretical learning societies constitute a crucial element of student organizations in higher education institutions,playing a fundamental role in guiding the exploration,research,and propagation of Marxist theory.Their connotation is primarily reflected in dimensions such as purposefulness,value orientation,and normalization.Currently,theoretical learning societies exhibit three major“deficiencies”in their value-leading function:a disparity between value-leading goals and individual value orientations,inadequate synergy between explicit and implicit value leadership approaches,and weak integration between the value-leading mechanism and the organizational management framework of these societies.To enhance their efficacy,improvements must be pursued through the lenses of cognitive understanding,emotional engagement,and behavioral orientation.With cognitive understanding as the foundation,we must deepen students’ideological insights and establish explicit value orientations;driven by emotional engagement,we must foster students’emotional resonance and strengthen their value identification;and guided by behavioral orientation,we must steer students’practical actions,thereby entrenching their value concepts.
