摘 要:“双一流”建设背景下,高等教育对专业人才培养提出了更高要求。服装与服饰设计专业作为与社会经济紧密相关的应用型学科,其人才培养模式的改革与创新尤为重要。本文基于“双一流”战略,分析出最新行业发展情况对于学生素质要求,以重新定位服装与服饰设计专业的人才培养目标。提出建立具有自身培养特色的课程体系和实践教学体系,从而重塑服装与服饰设计专业的人才培养制度;建立科学合理的教学质量监测机制以及多元评价方式,完善服装与服饰设计专业的人才培养评价体系。通过多种路径研究构建符合社会发展需求的人才培养模式。In the context of the“Double First-class”constructon,higher education is facing higher demands for professional talent cultivation.As an applied discipline closely related to social and economic development,the reform and innovation of talent cultivation models in fashion and apparel design are particularly crucial.This paper,based on the“Double First-class”strategy,analyzes the latest industry developments and their implications for student competencies,in order to redefine the talent cultivation objectives for fashion and apparel design.The study proposes the establishment of a curriculum system and practical teaching framework that reflect the discipline’s unique cultivation characteristics,thus reshaping the talent cultivation system in this field.Furthermore,it advocates for the creation of a scientific and reasonable teaching quality monitoring mechanism,along with diversified evaluation methods,to improve the talent evaluation system in fashion and apparel design.Through multiple pathways,this research aims to construct a talent cultivation model that meets the needs of social development.
