摘 要:针对当前煤矿企业缺乏对应急物资管理的相关标准、应急物资存储与事故救援需求不相适应的问题,分析影响煤矿企业对应急物资需求量的特征因素,采用随机森林算法预测应急物资需求,对不同事故下煤矿企业对应急物资的需求量展开研究。以最大时间满意度目标,建立应急物资共享储存基地选址模型;根据报童模型明确救援损失函数,建立应急物资共享储备模型,确定应急物资最佳储存水平。对国能神东煤炭集团所属5个煤矿进行验证分析,研究结果表明:与煤矿企业独立储备应急物资相比,应急物资共享储备模式大幅度降低了煤矿企业应急物资储备水平,平均减少54.4%的救援损失和约18.7%的应急物资投入成本,可为煤矿企业应急物资的储备优化及管理提供参考。In response to the lack of relevant standards for emergency supplies management and the mismatch between emergency supplies storage and accident rescue needs in current coal mining enterprises,the characteristic factors affecting the demand for emergency supplies in coal mining enterprises were analyzed,the random forest algorithm was adopted to predict the demand for emergency supplies,and the demand for emergency supplies in coal mining enterprises under different accidents was studied.The siting model of the shared storage base of emergency supplies was established with the goal of maximum time satisfaction,the shared storage model of emergency supplies was established based on the determination of the rescue loss function by the newsboy model,clarifying the optimal storage level of emergency supplies.Validation analysis was conducted on five coal mines of China Energy Shendong Coal Group,and the research results showed that compared with the independent storage of emergency supplies by coal mining enterprises,the emergency supplies shared storage model substantially reduced the level of emergency supplies storage by coal mining enterprises,and decreased the rescue loss by 54.4%on average and the input cost of emergency supplies by about 18.7%,providing a reference for the optimization and management of emergency supplies storage by coal mining enterprises.
