摘 要:针对煤矿半煤岩巷道围岩变形控制难题,以小保当一号煤矿半煤岩大巷为研究背景,分析了巷道围岩岩层及围岩地应力分布规律对巷道围岩稳定性的影响,通过实验分析了半煤岩组合体力学性能及其变形破坏特征,煤体与岩体强度差异导致煤岩组合体非协调变形破坏特征,煤岩交界面处的煤体由剪切滑移到碎胀溃裂的演变诱导了岩体的非均匀渐进性失稳破坏,造成半煤岩巷帮由下而上大面积片帮破坏,揭示了提高半煤岩巷道围岩稳定性的关键在于控制煤岩交界面的非协调变形。基于此提出了半煤岩巷道分区差异化变形控制技术思路,制定了小保当一号煤矿半煤岩巷道支护设计方案,并开展了井下工程应用,在监测期内锚杆受力均在合理受力变化范围内,顶底板最大移近量12 mm,两帮最大移近量26 mm,巷帮煤岩交界处的变形控制效果显著,有效提高了半煤岩巷道围岩稳定性。Aiming at the difficulty of controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock in the semi coal rock roadway of Xiaobaodang Coal Mine,this study takes the semi coal rock roadway of Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine as the research background,analyzes the influence of the rock strata and the distribution law of the surrounding rock stress on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock,and analyzes the mechanical properties and deformation and failure characteristics of the semi coal rock combination through laboratory experiments.The strength difference between the coal and rock mass leads to the non-uniform deformation and failure characteristics of the coal rock combination.The evolution of the coal mass from shear sliding to fragmentation and collapse at the coal rock interface induces the non-uniform progressive instability and failure of the rock mass,resulting in the large-scale fragmentation and failure of the semi coal rock roadway from bottom to top.It reveals that the key to improving the stability of the semi coal rock roadway surrounding rock lies in controlling the non-uniform deformation of the coal rock interface.Based on this,a differentiated deformation control technology for semi coal rock roadway zoning was proposed,and a support design scheme for the semi coal rock roadway of Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine was formulated.The underground engineering application was carried out.During the monitoring period,the anchor rod stress was within a reasonable range of stress variation,with a maximum displacement of 12mm for the top and bottom plates and 26mm for the two sides.The deformation control effect at the coal rock boundary of the roadway was significant,effectively improving the stability of the surrounding rock of the semi coal rock roadway.
