摘 要:为了解决煤矿综采工作面开采过程中产生的粉尘灾害,为井下工作人员营造良好的工作环境,研究了一种以喷雾降尘法为基础的综采工作面智能降尘系统。介绍了智能降尘系统总体架构设计,详细阐述了智能降尘系统流程和关键技术。该智能降尘系统以GCG500型粉尘浓度传感器和喷雾降尘装置为核心,通过计算最佳喷雾雾粒直径,根据粉尘浓度监测结果实时调整喷雾颗粒粒径,使得综采工作面的粉尘浓度始终处于相对稳定的区间。经过在三道沟煤矿45205综采工作面的应用和对现场实际数据的分析,验证了该智能降尘系统稳定的粉尘浓度监测能力和现场实用性,经计算综合降尘效率超过了90%。In order to solve the problem of frequent dust disasters in fully mechanized coal mining face and create a good working environment for workers,an intelligent dust suppression system for fully mechanized coal mining face based on spray dust suppression method was studied.The paper presents the overall architecture design of the intelligent spray dust suppression system,expounds its operational workflow and core technologies.Centered around the GCG500 dust concentration sensor and spray dust suppression devices,the system calculates optimal spray droplet diameters and dynamically adjusts particle size distribution in response to real-time dust concentration monitoring,thereby maintaining dust concentration within a relatively stable range in the fully mechanized mining face.After being put into use at the 45205 working face of Sandaogou Coal Mine and analyzing the actual data on site for 45 days,the stable dust concentration monitoring ability and practicality of the intelligent dust reduction system were verified.The calculated comprehensive dust suppression efficiency exceeded 90%.
