摘 要:矿区地下管网是保障露天煤矿资源开采与安全生产的重要基础设施,其信息化、智能化建设成为智慧矿山建设的重要一环。然而,传统矿区地下管网主要以图纸资料和人工管理为主,存在管网数据丢失、管理效率低、事故发生率高、维护抢修难度大等问题,无法满足露天煤矿安全生产要求,因此提出了露天煤矿地下管网三维精细化管理与智能分析系统,详细介绍了其服务体系、功能模块、技术架构及其关键技术。通过在胜利一号露天煤矿实际应用,验证了该系统在实际矿区地下管网信息化管理的科学性和有效性。The underground pipeline network in the mining area is an important infrastructure to support resource exploitation and safety production of open-pit coal mine.The informatization and intelligent construction of the underground pipeline network in mining area have become an important part of intelligent mine driven by the new generation of information technology.However,traditional underground pipeline management in mining area mainly relies on drawing information and manual management,leading to issues such as data loss,low management efficiency,high accident rates,and difficulties in emergency repairs,which cannot meet the requirements of safe production in open-pit coal mine.To address these issues,this study proposes a Three-dimensional Fine Management and Intelligent Analysis System for underground pipe networks in open-pit coal mines.The system’s service framework,functional modules,technical architecture,and key technologies are elaborated in detail.Finally,using the Shengli No.1 open-pit coal mine as a case study,the paper verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the system in the information management of underground pipelines in the actual mining area.
