摘  要:针对我国煤制烯烃产业的发展现状,以某典型煤制烯烃企业为例,通过该企业现有工程和二期项目的碳排放数据,分析对比碳排放结构,从而开展企业煤气化技术、甲醇制烯烃技术、低位热能耦合利用技术、合成气制甲醇、绿色能源耦合、CCUS等碳减排措施的测算,通过筛选和量化评估各项碳减排措施的效果,预测出煤制烯烃产业碳减排空间。Based on the current development status of coal-to-olefin industry,taking a typical coal to olefin enterprise as an example,the carbon emission structure was analyzed and compared through the carbon emission data of the existing project and the second phase project of the enterprise.So as to carry out the calculation of carbon emission reduction measures such as coal gasification technology,methanol to olefin technology,low thermal energy coupling utilization technology,synthesis gas to methanol,green energy coupling,CCUS,and so on.By screening and quantitatively evaluating the effect of various carbon reduction measures,the carbon emission reduction space of coal-to-olefin industry is predicted.
