摘 要:煤制烯烃在生产过程中会产生大量的废水,而实现其“零排放”是企业立足的必要条件,目前废水蒸发分盐结晶工艺主要分为膜法分盐结晶工艺和冷冻结晶分盐工艺。以冷冻结晶分盐工艺为例,针对该工艺投产初期暴露出的冷冻系统冻堵、产品质量波动、混盐难分离、有机物影响稳定运行等问题,通过提高冷冻结晶循环泵频率、冷媒循环量、增加快速化冻设施、调整搅拌器频率、改变流化床气垫类型及运行压力、更换离心机冲洗水喷头、增加挡水板等改进措施,有效地解决了系统的不稳定问题,实现了冷冻结晶分盐系统在-5℃以下连续稳定运行,达到了产出高质量合格产品的目标。During the production process of coal to olefin,a large amount of wastewater is generated,while achieving the goal of“zero emissions”is a necessary condition for enterprises to establish themselves.At present,the process routes for wastewater evaporation,salt separation and crystallization mainly divided into membrane salt separation crystallization technology and freezing salt separation technology.Taking the freezing salt separation crystallization technology as an example,in response to the problems of freezing blockage in freezing system,product quality fluctuations,difficulty to separating mixed salts,organic matter affecting stable operation and other issues that exposed during the initial production of this technology,by taking some improvement measures such as increasing the frequency of the freeze crystallization circulation pump,increasing refrigerant circulation volume,increasing rapid thawing facilities,adjusting the frequency of the agitator,changing the type and operating pressure of the fluidized bed air cushion,replacing the flushing water nozzle of the centrifuge,adding a water baffle and others,the instability problem of the system has been effectively solved,continuous and stable operation of the frozen crystallization salt separation system below-5℃has been achieved,and the goal of producing high-quality qualified products has been basically achieved.
