摘 要:针对内蒙古不连沟矿区土壤结构差、养分贫瘠等问题,充分利用矿区当地常见的风化煤、牛粪有机肥和聚丙烯酸钾为原料,按照不同配比混合后制成土壤改良剂,可以改良风沙土。通过室内盆栽实验可知,根据使用不同配比土壤改良剂的紫花苜蓿的生长特性及土壤物理化学性质表现出的差异,能够优选出适合不连沟矿区的土壤改良剂配比。研究结果表明,利用不同配比的风化煤、牛粪有机肥和聚丙烯酸钾制成的土壤改良剂,在改良风沙土壤方面具有可行性,与纯风沙土(CK)相比,施用改良剂后的紫花苜蓿在株高、茎粗和生物量中,分别提高了1.40%~31.45%、14.46%~31.33%和40.74%~96.30%。不同配比的改良剂均可以改善土壤的物理结构,增加土壤养分含量,促进紫花苜蓿的生长。在配比为20 g/kg风化煤、7 g/kg牛粪有机肥及0.9 g/kg聚丙烯酸钾的条件下,土壤改良效果最佳。To address the degraded soil structure and nutrient deficiency in Bulianggou mining area,a locally sourced soil amendment was developed by blending weathered coal,cattle manure compost,and potassium polyacrylate at varying ratios.A controlled pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects on alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)growth performance and soil physicochemical properties,enabling the identification of an optimal amendment formula suitble For Buliangou mining area.The results demonstrated all tested formulations significantly enhanced aeolian sandy soil quality.Compared with the control(CK,pure aeolian soil),the amended soils exhibited:1.4%-31.45%increase in alfalfa plant height,14.46%-31.33%improvement in stem diameter and 40.74%-96.30%elevation in biomass yield.Furthermore,the amendments consistently improved soil physical structure and nutrient availability to promote the growth of alfalfa.The optimal formulation comprising 20 g/kg weathered coal,7 g/kg cattle manure compost,and 0.9 g/kg potassium polyacrylate achieved the most pronounced remediation effects.
