印太经济框架背景下中国对APEC国家汽车出口对策研究

摘　　要：印太经济框架(IPEF)是美国实行“印太战略”中十分重要的一环,其目的是为了压制中国发展而在经济贸易领域实行的打击措施。中国是亚太经合组织重要的一员,同时也是世界第一大汽车出口国,汽车生产在各组织成员国中极具贸易优势,正在积极向世界汽车市场拓展,IPEF战略的出台却对中国汽车产业出口的发展造成了一定的影响。分析印太经济框架所带来的贸易规则变化、汽车市场竞争态势转变等挑战,通过对中国汽车产业现状、APEC国家汽车市场需求环境的综合考察,提出了一系列具有针对性的应对策略。为降低IPEF对中国汽车产业出口造成的负面影响,中国应加强合作、积极改革,积极推动亚太区域合作机制与贸易议题创新,深化亚太区域之间的合作。The Indo-Pacific Economic Framework(IPEF)is an extremely important part of the United States'"Indo-Pacific Strategy",aiming at suppressing China's development through economic and trade measures.China is an important member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)and the world's largest automobile exporter.Its automobile production also has a greater advantage in trade among the APEC countries,and it is actively expanding into the world automobile market.However,the introduction of the IPEF strategy has had a certain impact on the development of China's automobile industry export.This paper analyzes the challenges brought about by the IPEF,such as changes in trade rules and shifts in competition in the auto market.Through a comprehensive investigation of the current situation of China's automobile industry and the demand environment of the auto market in APEC countries,a series of targeted strategies have been proposed.In response to reduce the negative impact of the IPEF on China's automobile industry export,China should strengthen cooperation,actively make reform,promote innovation in Asia-Pacific regional cooperation mechanisms and trade discussions,and deepen cooperation between the Asia-Pacific regions.
