葛根黄酮微乳制备和应用的研究进展

摘  要:黄酮类成分是葛根的主要有效成分,在扩张血管、降血压等方面具有良好的疗效,但因其溶解性差而不能充分发挥疗效。近年来,微乳体系因能提高葛根中黄酮类成分的溶解度及生物利用度而受到广泛关注。总结了葛根黄酮微乳的应用进展,介绍了葛根素微乳、葛根黄豆苷元微乳、葛根总黄酮微乳的制备及其在给药系统的应用。最后对葛根黄酮微乳的应用及发展前景进行展望,为葛根黄酮类成分微乳制剂的开发和应用提供参考。The flavonoids are the main active ingredients of Pueraria lobata,which have good therapeutic effects in vasodilatation and blood pressure lowering,but cannot be fully utilized due to their poor solubility.In recent years,microemulsion systems have received widespread attention for their ability to improve the solubility and bioavailability of Pueraria lobata flavonoid components.The application progress of puerarin flavonoid microemulsion was summarized.The preparation of puerarin microemulsion,puerarin daidzein microemulsion and puerarin total flavonoid microemulsion and their application in drug delivery system were introduced.Finally,the application and development prospect of pueraria flavonoids microemulsion were prospected,which provided reference for the development and application of pueraria flavonoids microemulsion.
