摘  要:以高硫铝土矿为研究对象,探索了调整剂、捕收剂和抑制剂用量对高硫铝土矿浮选的影响。结果表明,当碳酸钠、丁基黄药和CMC添加量分别为1333、267、33 g/t时,浮选效果最优,氧化铝品位达51.07%,回收率达到97.64%。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析发现,与原矿相比,添加丁基黄药后,在1110 cm-1处代表酯(C—O—C)的吸收强度增强,证明丁基黄药吸附在高硫铝土矿上,从而增加疏水性,提高了浮选性能。High sulfur bauxite was taken as the research object and the dosage of adjusters,collectors,and inhibitors were explored afterwards.The results showed that when the addition amounts of sodium carbonate,butyl xanthate,and CMC were 1333,267,and 33 g/t,respectively,the flotation effect was optimal,with an alumina grade of 51.07%and a recovery rate of 97.64%.FTIR analysis revealed that,compared with the original ore,the addition of butyl xanthate increased the absorption intensity of ester(C—O—C)at 1110 cm-1,indicating that butyl xanthate adsorbs on high sulfur bauxite,thereby increasing its hydrophobicity and improving flotation performance.
