多级反渗透系统处理焦化废水的研究

摘  要:为了保障膜系统稳定高效处理焦化废水,跟踪研究了多级反渗透(RO)系统运行性能和对污染物的截留特性。结果表明:多级RO系统运行稳定,进水和产水pH在6.5~7.3之间稳定波动,跨膜压差基本稳定。各级RO膜的脱盐率在94%~95%,低于标准脱盐率。系统对Na^(+)截留率低于对Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Al^(3+)的截留率,对SO_(4)^(2-)的截留率高于对Cl^(-)、F^(-)和NO_(3)^(-)的截留率。二级RO和高压RO对阴、阳离子的截留率高于一级RO。系统对有机物和TN等污染物得到有效去除,产水达到再生水用于工业用水水源的水质标准。To ensure the stable and efficient treatment of coking wastewater by membrane system,the operation performance and pollutant interception characteristics of multi-stage reverse osmosis(RO)system were studied.The results showed that the multi-stage RO system operated stably,with the inlet and outlet water pH fluctuating within a stable range of 6.5-7.3,and constant transmembrane pressure difference.The desalination rate of each stage of RO membranes was approximately 94%-95%,slightly lower than the standard desalination rate.The system exhibited a lower retention rate for Na^(+)compared to Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),and Al^(3+),and a higher retention rate for SO_(4)^(2-) than for Cl^(-),F^(-),and NO_(3)^(-).The second-stage RO and high-pressure RO demonstrated higher retention rates for both anions and cations than the first-stage RO.The system effectively removed pollutants such as organics and total nitrogen(TN),and the treated water met the water quality standards for reclaimed water used as a source of industrial water.
