摘  要:目的:研究兰坪虫草的重金属安全性。建立了测定兰坪虫草样品中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种重金属残留量的分析方法。方法:样品制备采用微波消解法,样品测定采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时检测5种重金属元素(铅、镉、砷、铬、铜),采用原子荧光光度法测定汞的含量。结果:6个重金属元素在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999);平均加样回收率为88%~106%(RSD<4.6%),表明该方法准确度良好。依据《中国药典》等重金属限量值,除了Cr比较特殊外,21批检测样品中Cu的含量均达到标准要求,合格率为100%。发现2个无采矿厂或冶炼厂的对照点(D乡镇、F乡镇)以及1个矿场区(E乡镇)虫草样品中4种重金属含量均在合理范围内。其余4个乡镇矿区虫草中砷含量均超标,B乡镇和C乡镇虫草样品中Hg、As、Cd、Pb四种重金属含量均有超标的现象,用药品质不佳。针对检测结果和污染水平做了深入评价分析并提出一些建议,期望能为兰坪虫草在后续资源的持续利用和安全用药方面提供依据和参考。[Objective]To study the safety of heavy metals in Ophiocordyceps lanpingnsis.A method for the determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu and Cr in Ophiocordyceps lanpingensis samples was established.[Method]The samples were prepared by microwave digestion method,the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the simultaneous detection of 5 heavy metals(Pb,Cd,arsenic,chromium,copper),and the content of mercury was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.[Result]The linear relationship of the six heavy metal elements was good within their respective mass concentration ranges(r>0.999);the average recovery rate of the added samples was 88% to 106%(RSD<4.6%),This indicates that the method has good accuracy.According to the heavy metal limit values in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and others,except for Cr which is relatively special,the content of Cu in all 21 batches of tested samples met the standard requirements,with a qualification rate of 100%.The content of four heavy metals in Cordyceps sinensis samples from two control points without mining or smelting plants(Township D and Township F)and one mining area(Township E)were all within reasonable ranges.The arsenic content of Cordyceps sinensis in the other 4 townships and mining areas exceeded the standard,and the content of Hg,As,Cd and Pb in the samples of Township B and Township C exceeded the standard,and the drug quality was not good.Based on the test results and pollution levels,the paper made in-depth evaluation and analysis,and put forward some suggestions,hoping to provide basis and reference for the sustainable use of follow-up resources and safe drug use of Cordyceps lanping.
