摘  要:基于表面活性剂曲拉通X-100增敏下的碘液紫外光谱特性,构建了一种简便灵敏的测定化妆品中对苯二酚含量的新方法。碘在紫外光区284 nm、352 nm处有最大吸收峰,非离子表面活性剂曲拉通X-100对其光吸收有增敏性。对苯二酚还原碘,吸光度随之变小,ΔA与对苯二酚浓度相关联。280 nm波长处存在对苯二酚标准曲线方程:ΔA=6.986 c-0.0156,相关系数r=0.9978,检测范围为6.00×10^(-6)~1.20×10^(-4) mol/L,最低检测限达到2.15×10^(-6) mol/L。紫外法显著提升了对苯二酚检测的准确度和灵敏性,操作简便,安全环保,样品分析相对标准偏差RSD小于3%。新方法用于化妆品中对苯二酚快速检测,结果与文献报道方法一致。An indirect UV detection method for hydroquinone in cosmetics was established based on the UV spectral characteristics of iodine solution sensitized with surfactant Triton X-100.Iodine had maximum absorption peaks at 284 nm and 352 nm in the ultraviolet light region,and the non ionic surfactant Triton X-100 had sensitization to its light absorption.When hydroquinone reduces iodine,the absorbance decreases accordingly,and ΔA is correlated with the concentration of hydroquinone.The standard curve equation for hydroquinone at a wavelength of 280nm was:ΔA=6.986 c(mmol/L)-0.0156,correlation coefficient r=0.9978.The detection range was 6.00×10^(-6)-1.20×10^(-4) mol/L and detection limit was 2.15×10^(-6) mol/L.The UV method significantly improved the accuracy and sensitivity of hydroquinone detection,with simple operation,safety and environmental protection.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of sample analysis was less than 3%.The method could be used for the rapid determination of hydroquinone in cosmetics,and the detection results were with those reported in the literature.
