摘  要:目的:建立了一种高效液相色谱-串联法测定洗发护发和清洁沐浴类化妆品中8种香豆素类化合物的检测方法。方法:洗发护发和清洁沐浴类化妆品采用甲醇溶液进行超声提取后,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定,采用Waters BEH C 18色谱柱(50 mm×φ2.1mm,1.7μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量1μL,在电喷雾离子源下以正离子多反应监测模式进行检测,采用外标法定量。结果:8种香豆素类化合物在1.5631~51.7982 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995;相对标准偏差为2.6%~6.6%(n=9);样品平均回收率为92.4%~105.3%;检出限为0.01~0.03 mg/kg。在测定的61批次样品中,有9批次样品检出该类化合物。结论:方法操作简便,实用性强,分析速度快,灵敏度高,可用于市售洗发护发类化妆品中香豆素类化合物的测定,尤其是为含植物提取物的洗发护发类化妆品安全性评估提供科学的参考价值。[Objective]A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of 8 kinds of coumarin compounds in hair care,shampoo and body cleansing cosmetics.[Methods]Hair care,shampoo and body cleansing cosmetics were ultrasonically extracted with methanol solution,and then determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.A Waters BEH C 18 chromatographic column(50 mm×φ2.1 mm,1.7μm)was used,with 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution-methanol as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the column temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume was 1μL.Detection was carried out in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode under the electrospray ionization source,and quantification was performed by the external standard method.[Results]The 8 kinds of coumarin compounds had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.5631-51.7982 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995;the relative standard deviations were 2.6%-6.6%(n=9);the average sample recoveries were 92.4%-105.3%;the limits of detection were 0.01-0.03 mg/kg.Among the 61 batches of samples determined,9 batches of samples were detected with such compounds.[Conclusion]This method is simple to operate,practical,fast in analysis speed and high in sensitivity.It can be used for the determination of coumarin compounds in commercially available hair care cosmetics,providing scientific reference value for the safety assessment of hair care cosmetics containing plant extracts.
